Tailored Services to Suit Your Workforce
Management Referrals
The referral process will assess employee fitness to work and provide independent advice on reasonable adjustments, safe return following sickness absence, and signpost to support. The assessment will encompass health and safety regulations and consider control risks to support the employer to manage their employees health and wellbeing.
Health Surveillance
Health surveillance supports early detection of ill health caused by exposure to workplace hazards, including noise, respiratory and skin sensitisers and vibration, this helps identify any corrective action needed. Through collaboration with organisations to meet their statutory obligations by testing and ongoing monitoring.
Safety Critical Medicals
These assessments are required for employees in high risk environments including construction sites, manufacturing plants and transport industries. They determine if an employee is fit to perform safety critical tasks without risking their own health and safety or that of others.
Pre Placement Screening
To ensure that new employees are medically fit to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of their role. Screening allows careful consideration of adjustments that can be implemented to assist the employee with their role, where appropriate.
Workplace Assessments
A Workplace assessment involves an assessor visiting the employee in their place of work to consider their environment, work tasks, physical technique and ability. This creates job specific guidance on how support your employee in the workplace and/ or help them to return to work safely.
Ergonomic Assessment
A Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessment aims to assist your employee to work comfortably and healthily at their workstation. The assessment aims to support individuals and provide solutions to improve health, comfort and productivity where medical issues and symptoms are experienced. Assessments can be delivered both remotely and on site.
